The car wash broke my license plate frame and bent my license plate and after a month of investing they denied my claim.. this place is the worst. Worker don't want to help and the company don't care . Try to call them and tell them ur problem they will show u they don't care and they will open up a claim and deny u and tell u false information why they denied u.. this car wash company need to hire more competent employees that know how to listen and help customers with there car being damaged from ur car wash.. tell me why treat u like a crimal and act like there car wash don't break license plates. The company don't care about there customers. And that's why is not as busy as it use to be. They keep losing customers because when shit hits the fan they don't take responsibility they tell u to call ur insurance company like there responsible for the damage.. what I should do is sue the company not contact my insurance and make a claim..I hope people realize how bad there customer service is and this place gets shut down for not listening or helping the customer. Never delt with a company that shows no remorse what so ever.. they will take ur money but not pay for damage. I asked to see what they can do for a broke license plate frame and they told me to contact my insurance. They are so stupid it not even funny.. You Quack's gotta do better.. maybe they need a new manager or district manager because is they keep denying these little claims they are losing business and it don't matter to the hour rate guy it matter to the big boss that these people an false claiming that there not responsible for damage because it is more than 5 years old when they don't even know how old the license plate frame is .. what a shame..
