  We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. He took the time to explain every single feature of the car in great detail, making sure we fully understood how everything worked and felt completely comfortable with our decision. What really stood out was his knowledge and willingness to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He explained even the smallest details clearly and made sure we felt confident and informed before moving forward. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience the way he does. This was, without a doubt, one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had.   My 2015 outback has been an excellent vehicle and until recently was a champion and so reliable that I was remiss in getting her serviced like I should have. I had a battery problem recently and was told by AAA that they would not be able to provide a new battery for me because I needed a specific battery they did not have. The attendant noticed a couple other issues that needed addressing. I went to Lancaster Subaru and was incredibly impressed with the understanding, “sympathy”, and thoroughness by Yohana, the service rep. She went above and beyond explaining and documenting everything that needed to be done clearly and completely. Everything was done professionally, on time as promised and explained in detail. She was AMAZING and should receive Employee of the Year! Also, Steve the service technician was wonderful. Although my bank account is aching, I feel 100% confident my Outback will continue to keep me safe on the road for another 86,000 miles. Thank you Yohana, Steve and Trust Subaru Lancaster very very much.

  Other people reviews seem good, maybe its the sales manager that was on duty or the salesman we had when we went, but that was the worst car shopping experience I've ever had. Before we talked about anything, before down payments, before trades, before credit checks, they sat us down and stuck a giant monthly payment number in front of us just to see if we'd bite, and then said, "well I sold one the other day for that much". They were pushy, and smiled and huffed at us when we called them on their BS. We may look at Subarus. But not from here.

  Scott and the whole team were amazing from start to finish and handled a relatively complex trade-in seamlessly. The atmosphere is extremely warm and welcoming and everyone was eager to help make the experience wonderful. Cannot recommend them enough!
