  Sad to say this is not a trust worthy dealership. At least not in my experience. They had zero consideration of our time and no commitment to what had been discussed leading up to our visit. Very disappointing experience. I live almost 2 hours from this dealership however I saw a used car that I was interested in. I worked with Noe by text- very convenient. For a couple of days I asked him lots of questions specific to the car, pricing and forms of payment. This car was a little over my budget but it met all my criteria so I was willing to go over a bit. Noe told me they would work with me on the price. Once he said that I scheduled an appointment to see the car the following Saturday. When we arrived, Nathan assisted us and said Noe was with another customer which was weird because we had an appointment. Nathan went and got the car which hadn't even been washed. It still had all the off road dirt and trash from the previous owner in it. I don't get it.? I made an appointment. It's not like I just showed up. They knew we were making a long trip there. Then we were told we couldn't test drive the car because it needed maintenance. What??? What did I drive almost 2 hrs for.? I ha let Noe know that I lived far away. Why wouldn't he tell me that. At this point I was disappointed. Nathan got "permission" to drive us around in their car. This felt like no one cared that we were there to buy a car. Regardless, I still liked the car and wanted to talk about price. We sit inside and wait as Nathan goes to and from the managers desk. He comes back and tells us they advertise the absolute lowest price and can't work with us on getting it any lower. Didn't care that I read him the texts between myself and Noe. There was absolutely no wiggle room. He never tried to negotiate at all. Then he left and brought back a blue book and said Subaru paid more for the car than the sale price they listed it for. Yeah right! What dealership would ever list a car for less than the paid for it. Please don't insult your customers this way. I literally had a check in my purse to but this car outright. I was willing to go over my budget but the red flags just kept coming.

He explained every option clearly, found me a great rate, and handled all the paperwork efficiently so I wasn't stuck there forever. No hidden fees or surprises—just straightforward, honest service. The whole team at Trust Antelope Valley Subaru made buying a car enjoyable instead of overwhelming. If you're in the Lancaster area and looking for a Subaru (or even just great customer service), go see these guys—Steve, Jeremy, and Matt especially.   Amazing experience with Letty! She explained my new car in great detail and made sure I understood all the features. She asked me for any questions I had and helped me with all of them!

  We found the car we wanted online and through costco and got the quote before going to the dealership. When we got there, Nathan Houston helped us. He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He offered us added packages and explained each one to us, but didn't force us to buy anything we didn't want. With my previous experiences at other dealerships, I wasn't sure this would be any different. But this was such a nice experience. No headache no hassle no issues. I'm a satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Nathan.

  Terrible management and absolutely terrible customer service from the manager. This company completely went under as soon as Steve became a manager. He is rude, unethical, unprofessional. Does not treat any customer with respect or dignity. I absolutely recommend taking your service and time to a way better customer service based and don't waste your time and go to a Subaru in Valencia. Once you go there you'll never go back to the AV Subaru With two days of my time I had an offer from Valencia. He said he would match. I get there and didn’t match at all. The numbers and everything was completely off. I was ready to buy that same day and was really really excited. I wanted to come to a disappointment that the deal was nothing that he had originally agreed to. This was the only car in the color that I wanted and now I’m settling for a different one because he lied and even then still didn’t want to match the deal
