Truck got broken into on Thanksgiving, my truck still has no window at the time of writing this. I've had to reschedule 4 times. They keep saying they'll make a note to try to come 1-2pm as I have work at 4pm. First technician said he'd get me rescheduled with the 1 to 2pm note, nothing was scheduled. Second technician showed up with a different window than what I needed, said hed reschedule me with the 1-2pm note, appointment was made. Third technician called me 8:30am, while I was sleeping, to say he was going to show up 3-4pm. Went down to the store and found out there isnt even a way to leave a note like that. Also that the technician has my glass and wont be in the shop until late afternoon. His appointment was with me 12 minutes away, why is he going to be so late. "Its up to the technician to schedule the route." So they let me schedule an appointment without even having my glass, wasting even more of my time and depriving me of even more sleep. I was quoted $404 online specifically asking for the driver side door window. Second quote I got was for $460. Tried to cancel online and they have an option to knock off 100 bucks. 360 still is steep for the install of a 60 dollar window.
