  The truck was in perfect running condition easy pick up and return. But they are not honest when you call and set up a reservation. They will tell you one price and when you pick up the price is for a lot more

  The older lady is always so friendly and professional—she truly knows how to make customers feel welcome. Unfortunately, her son is the opposite. He’s rude, dismissive, and doesn’t even make eye contact when speaking. He also fails to explain extra charges and has overcharged me twice now. Be cautious when dealing with him. I had to contact the corporate office to report the issue.
