  Great place to rent a vehicle, I don't go anywhere else, only Enterprise . They are fast, friendly, and helpful. They always have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from.

  Real crappy location. Their rates are unreasonable, customer service sucks, and the selection of cars is trash.

  They mistreat and mishandle their customers when they make the error. They don't apologize for any inconvenience in time, cost or energy. Instead they punish the customer when the customer gets frustrated for being mishandled. Do better. No professionalism. Abuse of power.

  The store manager I’ve known for about 15 years he’s from Simi Valley. I believe his name is Kenneth. He gives me excellent customer service still an amazing young man. I’m so happy to see him again. I never thought I would see him again up here in antelope Valley, he surprised me. I’m happy to be part rewards program online I can give my review and enjoy possibly future free rentals. I’m excited and I feel appreciated as a customer. I have excellent customer service from each and every employee they treat me with most respect and understanding I appreciate the employees how they treat me thank you and Enterprise Rent-A-Car for hiring the best employees here on Avenue K Lancaster from Maria Ocasio

  I will never rent from this location again. I originally rented a Tesla from a Los Angeles location and later traveled to Lancaster, where I needed to swap vehicles for one day. When I arrived, the representative told me I could not rent two cars at once without a business account, but assured me I could temporarily swap my Tesla for a pickup truck and that my Tesla would be held for me to switch back when I returned. I agreed and took the truck. When I came back, I was shocked to learn that the other representative—who stood next to us and clearly heard the entire conversation—waited until I left and then immediately rented my Tesla out for an entire month. He acknowledged remembering the conversation and showed an “oh well” attitude about the situation. This was dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I relied on their word, and it was blatantly disregarded. I will never rent from this location again and would strongly caution others against doing so.
