  Bad smell of Marijuana in my reserved car, I was upgraded to a car someone was smoking cigarettes in. This was the only two I could choose from.

  Kenneth R Andrade is very rude and unhelpful, he runs the place like he thinks he is the owner of the place and doesn’t respect reservation changes. Very dishonest person.

  Will not use enterprise car rental no more Ken very rude did not want to upgrade or help they called told me mini van not available 6:30 pm Friday I was leaving sat morning so had cancel my trip very bad service need more info ok !!! My conformation # 66700974 I called reserved a mini van on Nov.3 pickup Nov .8 10am Ken branch manager called me Friday day at 6:30 pm before leaving on road trip Saturday morning not even 24 hr notice no mini van is available so I said do you have anything for seven people he said suv but you need major credit card I replied don't have one can you do anything else he replied no not even call other enterprise to see if they have any mini vans they can bring Ken would not do that just said can't do anything so I called corporate they made another reservation at palmdale ca they also called me said don't have mini van so corporate said my boss will call you back it is now Saturday morning and no call back so told my family trip is canceled my grandkids where very sad I have been a customer for over 18 years this makes me not want to use enterprise no more!!!!!!! Michelle your reply is useless just like your employee branch manager Ken in Lancaster the web page you posted is closed until Monday my trip was for today Saturday I canceled hotel called my son canceled grandkids where sad you lost a costumer of 18 years thank you for nothing karma I believe in it !!!!!! Continued its now 6days past not one call or email from enterprise no response from corporate or owner terrible service never again will my family use enterprise
