The asst manager Jorge told me I would have to pay first since it is a special order, now I don't know how many times I've had a part moved from store to another, but it's been a lot & this is the 1st time I've been asked to pay ahead of time. He wouldn't budge & i didn't have my credit card, so I walked outside called oreillys & they had one, so I went & grabbed my credit card & bought the starter from them instead of the autozone thanks to Jorge who apparently doesn't believe in customer service!!I
