  I had such a great experience at AutoZone today. I honestly wasn’t expecting much help when I walked in, but I was immediately proven wrong. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, Edward greeted me right away while assisting another customer and let me know he’d be with me shortly. That simple acknowledgment made a big difference. When it was my turn, he came outside to check my car, scanned it, and tested my battery. After running the tests, he explained that my battery needed to be replaced. He helped me find an option that fit my budget and clearly explained why it was the best choice. What really surprised me was that he offered to install it for free. Within about 10 minutes of walking in, my new battery was installed and my car was running properly again. I didn’t even have to explain that I was having trouble starting it — he was thorough and proactive from the start. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in the automotive industry. I will definitely be coming back because of Edward.

  I spoke with Edward M. over the phone regarding issues I was having with my battery. He advised me to stop by so he or someone on his team could take a look at it. When I arrived, Edward personally assisted me and confirmed that I needed a new battery. Thankfully, it was still under warranty. He quickly exchanged my old battery for a new one with no hassle at all. He’s definitely the go-to guy and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store!

  A few days ago my car kept shutting off, so I stopped by AutoZone and Edward immediately helped me figure out the problem👍He explained that I had a faulty battery and gave me several different options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each one. After I made my purchase, he changed the battery within minutes. His customer service was outstanding—knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful.😌 I’ll definitely be coming back because of Edward. He truly deserves recognition for his great service.

  Quiero darle un gran reconocimiento a Edward de AutoZone por su excelente servicio al cliente. Le mostré solo una foto del foco que necesitaba y de inmediato supo exactamente cuál era el tamaño correcto. Fue rápido, eficiente y muy profesional. Explicó todo con claridad, fue muy respetuoso y me ayudó sin hacerme perder tiempo. Da gusto encontrar empleados así. ¡Gracias Edward por el gran servicio!☺️
