- PBPJ BOWENDec 13, 20255.0My 2005 Lexus fob battery died and it has been a whole experience trying to replace it! The service Aazan gave me would have to be a 10 star if they had it! I had been to O'Reilly in Palmdale two times with no help available. The first time they put it on a machine and said the battery was good so I leave. Then as I am doing errands no light comes on FOB does not work! I go back and now they can not open FOB they are afraid to Crack the case so I leave. I then go to Toyota they don't have the tool! And it a LEXUS not a TOYOTA he says. So, off I go to AUTOZONE. I am greeted immediately by Aazan told him by problem and he jumped into action. Now, this time my problem is taken care of. It cost me $12.00 I probably paid more in gas and time then the battery installation cost me. So, will you be back? YOU BET I WILL!! Here a big THANK YOU TO AAZAN!! And do you see that little tiny screw? " AND JERRY HAS JOKES!" He made me say that..🤣😅😂

He tested my battery outside in the parking lot. Realize it was a bad battery. Swap it out. I didn’t touch anything. This guy Did everything for me. I was so pleased with the Service That I Tipped him lol Definitely my AutoZone from now on
