  Stopped by Autozone on my way into Lancaster from Sylmar on a rainy day, with the wipers on my car completely useless. I was afraid to stop and buy them due to not being sure if I myself could replace them. But thanks to Carolina at the front desk at Autozone she was able to assist me in getting the exact wipers needed for my car and she went above and beyond on replacing the old ones to new ones. With her great customer service and support I was able to have a less stressful full day and not worried if the rain would come back. Thank you Carolina you Rock! 🙏🏻🩷 Bless your heart and hard work.

  I came with some fuse problems and Joseph the manager went out of his way to help solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend him and his store to anyone in need of auto supplies and services.

  I had an outstanding experience at the West Ave K AutoZone thanks to Jasmine. After my battery died unexpectedly, I called the store and Jasmine immediately identified the right replacement for me. She clearly explained my options before I arrived, and once I was there, she went above and beyond by assisting with the installation. As a woman, navigating car repairs can often feel stressful, but Jasmine’s expertise and kindness made the entire process seamless. Her professionalism and genuine helpfulness are a rare find—I’m so grateful to her for getting me back on the road so quickly. Thank you Jasmine!
