    Took car back 3 times. Still not performing right. Spent around $4,000. Since Bruce& Danail left feels like they went down hill.

    Over the course of two days I had to make 4 trips to the shop to find that each time the repair I came in for had not been made. I was upsold multiple items and told that they would solve the problem only to find out from multiple technicians that neither was going to solve the problem. I still have an unresolved issue from a repair attempt that will get fixed elsewhere because of the incompetence and poor attitude of the staff. A truly disappointing experience from start to finish.

    Juan was very knowledgeable and professional. I did not feel like he was trying to get over on me or give inflated prices. He quoted me the exact price of the parts and then quoted me the labor for each fix. I was quoted almost $1000 more at another repair shop. I would recommend to others.
