  Have been going to them since 2012 or so, having regular maintenance done and what ever strange ideas I happen to want done with my car. And also taking care of regular maintenance with my daughters car as well.

  Never coming back here. They said 37 bucks and 45 minutes for a tire patch. Charged me 154 and took 1.5 hours. Just go to a mom and pop shop.

  I’ve been taking my cars to Mountain View for decades. The service has always been professional and reasonable. Most importantly, they’ve earned my trust over the years, standing behind their service and demonstrating honesty and integrity in their service recommendations. Highly recommend.

  They were friendly and did a good job, but they promised a ($35) tire patch in under 45 minutes and it took them 1 hour 15. Other than that, they tried to sell me new tires when my front tires still have 82% tread left and rear had 75% left. (For those of you who don't know, tires don't need to be replaced until they're down to 20% tread). I would go to a different location of this place again for the patch job, but I'm really disappointed the guy at this location treated me like I'm completely ignorant.

  Couple of weeks ago, Lakewood, they did installed my 4 new Falken tires ok. All fine, looks great, i paid. Eventhough it's drives fine, i still decided to come back and let them do the wheel alignment. After it's done, i came back paid $135, they said everything was good. A rears are good and front were aligned a bit. When i came home, i thought, i forgot to ask for a copy of the Alignment Report for my records, so i came back to ask for one for my record! They checked and said, "oh the printer is not working. then, they tried to produce a printout report with my truck details, but both Initial and Final results was the same! So they say, they will figure it out and will let me know or email me the proper report when acquired. End of the day, they called and they said they emailed my the results. during the night i check my email but it's just a picture of the computer screen with the before and after like picture results. and no details of my truck on the screen. The weird part when comparing the Initial numbers from the first print out and the computer screen picture is different! i came back after 2 days (busy from work, no time) and showed them both print outs and ask why initial numbers ere different? He said, he's not sure also why, but the computer screen picture he emailed is the right one (remember, that's the one with no details of my truck) So i said, everytime there's customer for alignment, you Guys cannot provide a Report/Results for the records? They said, waiting for the printer cartridge or something. Then, i just let it go. i got suddenly tired, and i didnt even include the 2 picture of the report they provided me Bottomline for me, most important thing in all business is trust, and first impression always last. No official Aligment Report was provided and i paid well. Won't come back here anymore. Lesson well learned
