- PDPeggy David4 days ago1.0I had the worst car wash experience ever at this car wash. The manager was so rude and unapologetic for the damage done to my gas cap closed flap. When my car got out of the wash system, the flap was bent, sticking out, opened and damaged!!! The car wash had taped many other car gas cap covers before they entered the wasy system. They did not tape my Honda CRV. Never has a car wash done this type of damage to my car. They used every excuse as well as blaming me!!! I would NEVER go to this car wssh! They NEVER apoligized!!! I DO NOT recommend you go this car wash, ever!!! The lube and oil was ok. Horrible car wash and customer service!!!

- DBDiana B.Nov 9, 20255.0I can't say enough positive things! I had my Honda CRV washed there. Silver level. Excellent and thorough service. When I got home, I noticed a dent in the back. I returned to the carwash and questioned it. The manager, Steve, immediately called the owners and pulled up video to search for information. The first viewing showed the dent but he wanted more angles. The following day he called, inviting me back to see more video. This new footage showed me driving in, and the dent was clearly there before I arrived at the car wash. It was new, no doubt, but already there. He suggested that I go to a dent removal shop. I asked for a recommendation, and he provided one. He then said after the dent was removed to bring it back and he'd buff it out, free of charge. At all times the employees were professional and thorough in their assistance. Steve excels in customer service and I so appreciated the lengths he went to to investigate and communicate with me. I am beyond satisfied and thoroughly impressed. I wish all service providers had this dedication to customer satisfaction. I seldom have reason to question service. I am glad I did, and they will have my business from now on. And I will say again, I received an excellent wash!

Example i believe one of the top washes is $18 (don't quote me) but you can purchase that level for $32 a month!! That's a deal!! And you can go unlimited times a month for one price!! I just got a new to me car & want to keep looking new! After your initial purchase when you drive up it scans your plate (how your account is connected) and the arm goes up & you drive in! Afterwards you can use the vacuums, there are towels and an air hose to blow the water out from under your doors! And the vacuum works great like watch for loose change or anything small cuz it will be gone!! There is also disability parking available in these stalls. There are also many different levels you can purchase and one is full service where I guess someone will do the drying and vacuuming for you! This is a life saver for anyone who loves clean car and a deal 💖
