  This was my first visit to Allen Tire. I was very pleased with my service - especially on a Christmas Eve. My Tire pressure sensor and rear break pads were replaced within an hour or so and the price was very reasonable. Staff were courteous and the waiting area seemed clean . As a single woman who doesn’t know much about cars I felt that the staff were honest and the quote was accurate. I would recommend Allen Tire and consider them for future work on my car.

  Martinez provided excellent customer service. I had to special order a tire, and it arrived earlier than expected, which meant I got my car back sooner than planned. Prices were fair, communication was great, and the whole process was smooth. Definitely recommend.

  I got my tire flat patched and I got two windshield wipers. They only were able to install one wiper because the other one did not fit and the one that I did get it was raining hard that day and left this rubber mark on my windshield. I’m very unhappy about that. I want a refund. Those are low quality blades or may be really old.

  35 $ to patch a tire seems a bit expensive knowing most shops charge 10-20$ depending on plug or patch they had charged me a lot less before at this same location this time I sent my mom there for a quick patch I already had the spare on and the tire that needed the patch In the truck for her they had changed there prices and charged her 35$ probably won't go back not sure if they were just taking advantage of her since she's an elderly woman

  Well, honesty and integrity is no longer. I have been going to Allen Tire for over 15 years and the friendly faces behind the desk have gone. It is my understanding that Allen Tire was purchased by a larger parent company and it is evident. My Mom fell victim to the sales tactics in November. I took our family Van in for new tires this month. I received a call and was told the front brakes were bad, 'metal on metal' was the term used. I asked for them to take a picture and we could discuss when I returned to pick up the van. I was told pictures would be taken but they could provide a quote and do the work promptly. When I went to pick up the van the story had changed, 'Brake pads are ok, but the rotors are bad'. I asked to see the photos, but 'the photos hadn't been saved'. Beware of the Sales tactics and ask for photographs before approving any work over the phone. Educate yourself and do not expect the same experience you had in years prior at Allen Tire. Hopefully this helps someone avoid becoming a victim to a company that is now driven by sales, not service.
