  I made an appointment for road force balancing, when I showed up none of the employees knew if they had road force balancing.even though I had an appointment I had to wait for a while. The technician got me out of there rather quickly, only to find out when I got home that they only balanced 2 tires. I took it back and they balanced the other 2 tires, since I paid for all 4. Also I noticed a scratch on the driver door, probably from the lift when they got out of the truck. Not sure if it was road force balanced, however it was balanced and the truck does drive better. I will not be returning in the future.

  I called on a Wednesday to get the first available appointment on Friday. The person I spoke to you said they would be open at 7:30. I specifically ordered the exact tires that I wanted on the car. I got to the shop around 7:20 and there was already a line of four or five people there. At 7:45 no one had arrived to open the shop. The line of people had now grown to 8 to 10 people. I could not stay because I had to drop my wife off at work. On my way back to the shop I called to make sure they were open and I was told that my appointment would be honored and they could still complete the work today. I got back to the shop at approximately 8:10 and there was still a line of several people. I still had to wait in line for approximately 30 minutes before I was helped. When I checked in, they had a record of my appointment, but I was told the tires I had ordered were not at the store. I was offered an alternative. I wish I could’ve left right then, but my own schedule made that impossible. They completed the work and put the tires that I did not want on the car. So the shop opened 20 minutes late and did not have the tires that I ordered. The guys at the shop did not seem overly concerned with opening late or not having the tires that I had ordered. I will never return to this shop. How can a shop open 20 minutes after the posted hours and also having taken appointments. Horrible service!

  We’ve gone to Allen tire for years, and have a good experience overall, especially when Mike was in charge. I booked an oil change for 9am, choosing the “wait for car” option. My daughter took it in for me a little before 9, then called me at 11 and they hadn’t taken the car- they said they were waiting for a bay. I called and asked what was going on, and he said there were just a lot of appointments from 7:30-9. After that, they got the car in and finished by 11:30. 1) they make you book an appointment, so don’t book so many appointments if you can’t handle them. People book those according to their schedule expecting a reasonable time, especially when *you* offer the “wait” option. 2) I call and the car is in right away - maybe coincidence- but seems like a 20-something woman was not prioritized; don’t think I would have been waiting 2 hours for an oil change. If that’s not the case, I’ll apologize, but you need fix #1.

  I needed tires quickly last minute, only to find out I have special tires and they had to go get them. I still Got my car back in two hours. Martinez was very very helpful and nice. Highly recommend asking for him. Thanks for the quick help Allen co!

  Dropped off vehicle at 2:45pm for an alignment, was told it would take up to an hour and a half. At 5:00pm I called to check in and was told they hadn’t even begun working on my car. At 6:15pm, the vehicle was ready and the alignment was still pulling to the left. Got home, checked under the vehicle, and they made a huge bend on the oil scrap pan. I wouldn’t go here again if it was the last auto shop left on Earth.
