  Allen Tire Company on Woodruff and Carson provided me with a great experience when I recently replaced all tires on my car. I trusted the expertise of the reps there and it was confirmed by how friendly, professional, willing, and kind the team was there. The worm was done in a timely manner, and I'm thankful for their help!

  We have been going to Allen‘s for years with multiple cars and tires. This was the first time I was unhappy and may not return. I felt I was not given enough options of tire selections and when I said I needed to leave by 4 o’clock, which was six hours later, I was told that would be OK. However, the car was not ready until after 5:30. The lack of proper communication made me unhappy.

  I had a great experience at Allen Tire Co. today. I came in with two punctures in my back right tire, and they took care of it quickly and professionally. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Big shoutout to Mr. Martinez—he was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The entire team was efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s not always easy to find a shop that’s both fast and does quality work, but they delivered on both. Highly recommend Allen Tire Co. if you need reliable, no-hassle tire service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I made an appointment online for them to check/reset the TPMS reader on my car. The online appointment gave the option to let them know if you’ll be waiting for the vehicle or dropping it off. I chose to wait. When I got there they told me there were too backed up and to come back later if I wanted before they close at 6. No one looked at my vehicle or anything. Not sure why I even made an appointment…

  The new management at this location was not welcoming or confidence inspiring. I likely will not be back. The former management team was professional, courteous, and seemed to care. I was barely greeted, told to fill out a form when I know im in the system. It took twice as long for a simple tire rotation. I was given my keys at pick up with no follow up as to the condition of my tires, which are being watched for replacement on 2 of them. I also had to reset the tire pressure light in my car since they did not. It was a poor experience. I was used to a much higher level of customer service & common courtesy.
