  i always rent cars from this location and their always nice and helpful especially today Chloe and the rest of the team were able to upgrade me into a bigger car on short notice i really appreciate the customer service they provide here

  This was a breath of fresh air compared to my other rental car experiences for the past decade. Like most people, I've had plenty of bad experiences with car rental places having long lines and surly employees who either don't care, have no sense of urgency, or worse, are semi-hostile. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and customer service of both the employee we picked up a car from and the one we dropped off with. Even something as basic as the employees politely acknowledging the next person in line and saying "We'll be right with you" felt like such a treat compared to other rental companies. The vehicle we got was quite decent and clean. The transaction was quick and easy on pickup and dropoff. I'm sticking with Enterprise from now on.

  After our car accident on Friday, we had to rent a car for the first time from car rental company, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, almost all vehicles were reserved, and we were only given one option, which we had no choice but to take. Throughout the entire week, I called multiple times and even visited 3–4 different locations trying to switch the car, but every time I was told there were no available vehicles. They even sent me to the airport location—despite seeing cars there, I was told everything was reserved. I also stopped by in person several times during the week, but no one was able to help. Finally, after a full week, I was able to switch the car on Friday afternoon, but again, I didn’t get the option I wanted. The replacement car wasn’t clean at all. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it.

  Cannot get them to follow up on a situation in which they overcharged me. I've called them multiple times to talk to the right person and they will not call me back. For the vehicle selection they had and their poor customer service (many car dealerships and auto shops in the area, so they seem overwhelmed and poorly managed), I would recommend finding a different location. Avoid the hassle.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Joey, who was my representative, provided excellent service from start to finish. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful, making the entire rental process smooth and easy. I truly appreciate his great customer service. Thank you, Joey!
