- DDDanaJan 26, 20261.0I had just visited this location for an oil change and they didn't fill the coolant (which unbeknownst to me, was low). I left for a trip to the mountains, and got an alarm on my car while driving on the two lane mountain highway to pull over and check the coolant! I had to ask for the invoice for the oil change (I never got a copy via email) which said they noted the coolant was low. They never advised me of that nor did they fill it. So I came back the following week and told them to fill it. The tech argued with me that the car and the invoice could be wrong and they would check it so see if it was indeed low (DUH it was!). Then they charged me for filling it with not even an apology for missing it the week prior and putting me in danger! I won't trust them again as I need my car to be in top running shape!

Try to assume that people may not know much about cars when they roll into your bay, thank you.
