  I can’t warn anyone enough to stay away from crash lab. I brought my Lexus there for a broken rear light, dented back quarter panel, and decided to have a few more items done on the car including a ceramic coating, invisible bra on the front and a few scratches taken care of. Crash lab took 9 months, twice taken back for bad work. The third time I got the back, I had just had enough of these guys. They do crappy work and take months to get it done. The first return of my car wasn’t even fixed, the second time the invisible bra had bubbles, the third gave me a big scratch on the trunk lid and more bubbles on the redo. I finally had enough and just walked with the loss. 6500.00 bought me crap work. It’s the worst car experience I’ve ever had. I would never take a car there again. If you’re reading this, thank God you are. Stay far away from this place

  Super efficient. Ray is just the best. Repairs were done in no time. Quality is beyond efficient. Respectful professional fast Thanks Rae again

  I had the absolute BEST experience her at crash lab. I needed body work on my car and have never had it done before. I found crash lab online and was so happy that I did! Gilbert who is the manager, is absolutely superb. He was so honest and kind, because I was kind of a wreck😅 He dealt with my insurance and helped me with getting a rental car. My car looks amazing!!! Everyone that works there are so incredibly kind and gracious. If you need anything done to your car, don’t hesitate, go to crash lab in Lake Forest!

  My experience with Crash Lab was excellent. Matthew, Gilbert, and Brad were an absolute pleasure to work with. The paint on my 10 year old car was starting to show it's age. I was looking for options on how to improve the appearance without repainting the entire vehicle. I was also interested in detailing the interior. They came up with options that were very reasonable in cost. My car now looks like new inside and out. I am very impressed with the results. The team at Crash Lab does outstanding work. I highly recommend them.

  I recently had a fantastic experience with Crash Lab. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in helping. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in a way that was easy to understand and provided a fair, transparent estimate before starting any work. The repair was completed on time, and the quality was outstanding—my car was returned in prestine condition. What really stood out was their approach of black label concierge service. It’s rare to find a place who will handle rental car arrangements all the way from start to finish and handling claim information ...etc in a timely manner
