I called ahead to ask about prices, they told me regarding the oil change "the cheapest service is $90" with no additional context. Now, I don't have much knowledge on cars, but I know that where I generally get my oil changed, I just pay the cost for the oil change and that's all there is to it. In this case, apparently, there are two different types of oils: the "cheapest" goes for $90 but I was strongly recommended against it *after* I already brought it into the shop, for this and that reason. The *actual* cost for the oil change was $120, using the standard oil. I couldn't help but feel a bit ripped off, since I would have liked if this were explained to me over the phone. The cost for service, even including the coupon, was ultimately more than I would have spent getting it done at the dealership. It's a shame, because the service was otherwise not bad at all, but it wasn't worth the price I paid and I would have liked to know the real cost ahead of time.
