They constantly lie to me, they said my truck was already getting dismantle when I got there they hadn't even touched it. I told them that per oem protocol they had ti guve me computerized frame check they refused when I insisted they okay we will but at the end they said we didn't. They didn't put a trailer hitch receiver kinda of a key component. Worst customer service and service in general.
- APAraceli PerezNov 5, 20251.0Our family took our family truck to get fixed after it was involved in a accident, at this location and they did a poor job the truck was left in unsafe condition and they installed the wrong part on it we are now doing business with Rancho California in Temecula and they found so many issues that were related to the accident. Because they also tried to tell our adjuster that we were trying to get problems fixed that were not related to the accident (they said that because we contacted our adjuster letting them know that the truck felt weird and unsafe). Which is very unprofessional to assume and go around saying such thing. Our truck was well prior to the accident.... anyways yeah don't recommend.
