- ETEJ TibayFeb 18, 20261.0Employees are very polite and kind, which is the only good thing about this location. Unfortunately this is probably the worst ran Enterprise location. I use Enterprise often and have Gold Tier status, and this has got to be the worst. My car hasn’t been ready both times I’ve arrived at my reservation time. I reserved a specific car over a week prior to my reservation, so you would expect they would have the car ready or available. They didn’t have my car available and have to look at other enterprise locations for a car I need. Multiple people have to wait 20-30 minutes for their car to be ready, which makes no sense that people have to wait when they have a specific reservation time. Just a poorly ran office and has been disappointing both times I’ve been here.
