  My family and I were very pleased with the customer service at the Lake Elsinore location. We were unfortunately given news that the SUV we reserved a week in advance at the Murrieta Location would not be available due to extreme low inventory. We were advised to check Temecula or Lake Elsinore locations. We called Lake Elsinore, because unfortunately Temecula was in the same predicament. The manager at that location went out of her way to bring us a passenger van from San Diego and had it at the location there in Lake Elsinore, ready on time just as promised. The van was actually a brand new van. We got in and they had literally just taken the plastic off of the seats and it smell like a brand new vehicle. Thank you so much for the kind customer service. My family and I are extremely thankful and happy. See y’all on the next rental. Thank you, and God bless!

  If they picked up their phone calls they could get a 5 stars, but I been on hold for up to 50 minutes and then disconnected for no reason, I have literally drove to the location while I’m hold, I know the pay is low but don’t make people waste their time with your “brief holds”

  Worst experience ever place smelled like rotten fish wife came in to look for a rental and checked to see if the baby car seat would fit in a rental. She almost cut her hand on a razor blade and my 12 year old was helping. Didn’t have any parking and all around a bad place. Customer service was the only thing that kept that place together by the duct tape it stands on.

  Enterprise was one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. I made my reservation a week in advance, only to receive a call the day before my event telling me they didn't have a van and needed to cancel my reservation. When I called customer service, they told me they couldn't help until the next morning—the day of my event. At 6:00 AM, I called again and was told another location had a van available. I rushed there, only to be told that while they did have a van, it had been reserved months ago, and I could only take it if the customer didn't show up. I've never seen such poor organization from a company this large. The entire process was stressful, confusing, and completely unreliable. The only reason this review isn't even worse is because of Jesus and his team. They were professional, kind, and genuinely tried to help despite having to deal with the company's lack of organization. Jesus and his team deserve 5 stars. Enterprise deserves negative stars.

  This is my 7th time calling since they opened at 8am this morning May 26, 2026. It is now 10am and I cannot get ahold of ANYONE no matter what option I choose. This is absolutely ridiculous. We wonder why AI is taking over because apparently no one is working today. Unacceptable.
