  Was trying to return a product cause it was used. I bought it like that and I talked to the manager then I talked to the main store manager in the main store. Manager was kind of rude. Then I had to drive all the way to Corona just to get a refund. Won’t be shopping at AutoZone anymore

  This manager Theresa at the lake elsinore location on mission trail is completely uncalled for and proceeded to harass me and called security on me claiming I wasnt allowed there and that I was stealing from the store, meanwhile I was at the counter trying to pay for my items. I've never in my life been told to leave any parts store or autozone. This lady harassed me untill i was in tears and eventually told me I had to leave and would not even let me pay for my items. I was given my money back and they even asked for the parts I had alreadh payed for back. This is not how you treat a paying customer!!! Horrible management. People should be re-trained on how to treat customers. I will never shop at autozone again!!!

  Do not come to this autozone just got off phone with manager about issues I was having with other managers at store and she completely disregarded everything saying next time you come in when I’ve already explained to her how horrible the service is and how I’ve been told this multiple times how it will change and nothing happens and all she can say well unfortunately there’s nothing I can do about that so don’t come to this autozone if your looking for help because they all give difficult times and give different answers and follow their own protocol when and follow the rules when they feel like it they all are disappointing and disrespectful workers
