  When I have returned the rental car 🚗 with a full tank of gas ⛽ was reading 525 ml range. However when I picked up the car it was reading 370 ml range. I know I was shorted about 5 gallons of gas!

  The Laguna Niguel Enterprise Rent A Car is well managed and has great cutomer service. We needed a rental due to a car accident . It was a busy holiday weekend . Tyler , Branch Manager understood our needs and did an exceptional job working with us , communicating timely updates and found a car that meet our needs as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Laguna Niguel Enterprise Rent A Car as a place to go to if a car rental is needed.

  Impecable car, office hours were very flexible for pick up and drop off. Tyler was exceptionally helpful throughout the process and very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

  They falsely advertise the cars to trick you into renting. Once you get there, they will tell you that the car you booked is not available. My question is, why don’t you update your advertising? The company’s strategy seems to be that customers won’t leave and will feel forced to pick whatever is available when you get there. Be aware—this is a very dishonest business. On top of that, the staff are not very friendly. No smile or greetings when you walked in.

  Poor communication from company. Reserved a 6-8 seating vehicle to transport family on Christmas Eve to Los Angeles. Late evening before I was to pick it up, I —by chance —happen to check my email. Enterprise had sent me an email to tell me that car was no longer available and whether I would accept a 5 seater instead. That’s it. No call, no text message, not even a follow up email. Since I had rented the car for Christmas Eve to specifically transport 6 family from out of town, Enterprise left me in a very bad bind at the very last minute. Super disappointing that the company seemed simply okay with sending a single email, no follow up, no phone call…and were apparently entirely willing to let me show up on Christmas Eve morning and NOT have a vehicle. Had I not found an alternative (not easy during busy travel season at the last minute) Enterprise Laguna Niguel would have completely ruined our holiday plans. Sadly, this seems to be another example of impersonal and uncaring customer service. I’m also disappointed that even though I emailed them back, and called them, they still haven’t replied 5 days later.
