If you don’t believe me, all you have to do is call and experience how extremely unhelpful and unfriendly they are when you ask for something as simple as “what is the typical wait time on a Thursday morning?” Not crazy to assume they might have a ballpark right? Nope! Then, if you are like most people and have a busy schedule that is not conducive to sitting around a oil change garage for two hours (which is the only time frame a woman named Shana would give me), you might ask “if I call Thursday morning before heading down, you will be able to tell me what the wait is like at that time?l NOPE AGAIN! Shana says Ina tone as though I asked for someone else’s private medical information “we don’t give that kind of information over the phone.” You’re selling oil changes for Christ sakes.. This place will go down as one of the least helpful, least respectful businesses that I have come across in ages. There is a place close by. Go there, they were so much better.
