  Do not choose this location if you are dropping off a vehicle. They are totally shady. I dropped off a rental that was a one-way trip. I went there during normal business hours but not one was there. There is a drop box to leave your keys. I made the huge mistake of doing this and then 2 bad things happened. First, they tried to charge me for pre-existing damage to the car. What I learned when I called their national office is that they don't share information on the cars from one office to another. So there was no record that the car already had a bunch of scratches. Fortunately, they took the charge away. The next one is worse. They tried to charge me an extra day since they were not there to receive the car. $95!!! I had to call my credit card company and they were unsuccessful in getting this overturned. What a scam and shame on whoever owns that location. Buyer beware!

  Victor is extremely unprofessional. This has been one of the biggest hassles I’ve ever dealt with in a rental experience. Every step has been full of confusion and back-and-forth. On the phone, I was given conflicting information — lots of hemming and hawing, talking in circles, and being told things couldn’t be done, only to have those things later changed. When I arrived, I spent over an hour at the counter, and in the end my car still had to be switched out. To make matters worse, the price I was quoted beforehand wasn’t the price I was charged once I got there. Customer service was particularly disappointing. Victor, in particular, made the experience extremely unpleasant. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and very difficult to communicate with. In my opinion, he should seriously reconsider a career in customer service. Overall, the entire process has been stressful, time-consuming, and unnecessarily complicated. I would not recommend renting here.
