I’ve changed the oil on this truck probably going on 50 times. I’ll bet they didn’t even put synthetic in it. That’s how little I trust them. i’m going to go home and make sure they did their job right. Buncha spoiled rich kids I’ll bet

I usually go to Valvoline, but since I had a slow morning and this location was closer, I gave it a try. The staff didn’t seem very approachable, which I could overlook, but what really bothered me was how an employee handled a tire issue. He told me I needed a new tire immediately (which I was already aware of), then made me get up and follow him outside to look at it. On top of that, he started plugging a tire shop down the street, saying they would “hook me up.” This all happened in front of other customers, and it came across as unprofessional. There are respectful and professional ways to let someone know their car needs additional work, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the approach here.
