  paid for a monthly unlimited plan….so short staffed that I can’t get down what I paid for! Also, the monthly automatic billing comes through at a higher price….!!!!

  I was told to cancel by the 21st of the month (I am a seasonal repeat customer) and I would not be charged for the next month. I was charged the full amount (I cancelled on the 21st) and John (manager) stated I missed the cancellation time). He refused any options to make this right!! He told me the best option was to use it for the time I paid for! (Knowing I will be two thousand miles)! Very disappointed and disrespected! Raceway may have won in the short game but lost a repeat customer and more dollars in the long term.

  Quick in and through the wash. Does a nice job. I have the monthly plan so I can go anytime and it is quick and easy.

  The final wipe off drying, window cleaning with tire and rim finish was excellent. One time per month full detail then weekly exterior for one monthly price. A good value if you bring back weekly.
