  I’ve been going to this Mountain View tire for over 30 years. Felt I could trust them by now, but I was charged $269 for transmission fluid exchange. And found out Midas does it for $ 190 you are definitely overpriced.

  Made an appointment for 3pm, showed up at 2:45 to the news that we would not be able to get the inspection done. And the dude working had absolutely no compromise to the fact we couldnt get it done that day. Thanks for nothing mountain view🫡

  I took my truck in for a wheel alignment and had a great experience. I called last minute and they were able to take me in without any hassle. The service was quick—no longer than 30 minutes. The staff was courteous, professional, and very straightforward, and they made sure I was satisfied before I left. Pricing was reasonable as well. I definitely recommend Mountain View Tire & Auto Service.

  Wife brought her car in for new front tires, they broke a lug off and didn't say a word about it. They also forgot to replace the valve stem caps. When I asked if it was their "comman practice" not to inform customers when they break things the man at the desk said, " we'll fix it, I don't need you giving me a hard time about it." Totally Unprofessional. We also had to order the tires and we're told they would call us as soon as they came in, they didn't, we had to call them.
