I came to Jiffy Lube for an oil and filter change, but I suspected that it would also be time to change the cabin filter and replace my windshield wiper blades. I had no idea that it was an option to sit in my car while it was being serviced, and I decided to try it out! I watched while Anthony headed up the team that did a thorough inspection of my car’s needs, explaining to me step-by-step, and asking permission, but not pressuring me before checking the next item. I saw the team do a very professional job of checking all the fluids in my car. I got to see as they accessed my air filter and my cabin air filter, and I could see that indeed they were very much in need of replacement. At each step, I was given an estimate of the price. They also threw in an extra quart of coolant for me. Throughout the process, the team was very professional and focused on doing a good job. Anthony was super respectful and communicated very effectively, and it was all taken care of quickly! I was really impressed with this team and I recommend this location of Jiffy Lube!
