  Needed a break light bulb replaced in my Mercedes, an employee offered assistance in replacing the bulb, he pulled out the lighting compartment halfway and then twisted and pulled to get to the bulb, instead of pulling the compartment out all of the way, as I asked him to do twice, he kept reassuring me it was OK. Get home to sed my blinker light doesn't work, checked it out and he had busted that light because he didn't pull the compartment out completely. Went back to the location and explained my experience, all I got was an "oh, I'm sorry that happened", as he's ringing me up for new turn signal lights. Didn't even offer to replace it for free, considering his employee was the one who broke it. I will never be back there. O'REILLY'S on the other hand was perfect, employee knew what he was doing, I'll definitely always be going back to OREILLY'S!
