  Went there to have a fusible link put in charge me $200 for that then said they found a short in the throttle body it was $650 to fix that long story short they lied about the throttle body and never touched it and charged me $650 for nothing got to watch people out here

  I submitted the vehicle for a P0420 code, check engine light is on and cannot pass smog - I informed them i need this repaired to be able to pass smog we had some discussions about what i think may be wrong - and what they believe may be wrong. we decided to approach the problem by first replacing the top o2 sensor as i have replaced the bottom one already and i needed them to verify the connector on the top o2 sensor as it did not match the new part i have. The shop verified the harness by first telling me that the plug was incorrect on the vehicle and then they later told me that the plug was correct and they ordered another o2 sensor on my behalf to replace it - i later get a call stating the vehicle is ready - i asked if the systems are ready for me to smog and they stated NO - i asked why - they stated because they cannot driver the vehicles around to get the system ready and i would need to do that myself however i was still expected to pay the balance so i can test the vehicle and if the code comes back i would need to take it back again to pay MORE guess what happened - the code came back however WORSE - now i am getting a P2A00 code which is basically telling me the vehicle cannot see the o2 top sensor ( the sensor they replaced ) AND on top of that they damaged my hood latch which now i cannot open my hood - I have worked with them in the past for an overheating issue and it was a very similar experience - they did a "repair" called and told me the pick up the vehicle because it was ready however it overheated within the week again - so i had to go back again to get more parts replaced I personally believe they do not know what they are doing rather just internet search what could be causing the issue - do blind repair work and HOPE that it is resolved - because if it is not well then you just need to go in again and pay more money for them to install more parts and no you cannot get a refund for parts that were installed that you did not need. 500 down the drain for absolutely no reason - just for the car to be in worse condition than when first submitted. EDIT/UPDATE: I called the owner because she left me a comment on google review so we can come to some type of agreement and instead she insults me and calls me pathetic and i should be ashamed of myself for leaving bad reviews. So i will be taking this to small claims - i will update everyone with the results once i get them - i cannot stress this enough STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

  I've taken my car to be serviced twice in the last 4 years. Jaime always does an amazing job and gets my car running every time. Price is reasonable and service is great! 10/10
