- RCRoSe CNov 29, 20252.0Alot of issues with chargers. Had a charger not releasing charge because machine button was broken. So charges kept charging as I'm wanting to disconnect charge but couldn't. Then lengthy delay with calling evgo cstmr service who had to disconnect charger from their end. Yep they didn't care that I didn't want to keep paying for charge as I waited for them to disconnect. I mean why couldn't they just credit the $6 but NOPE no accountability for their faulty machine.

I called customer support and they told me each time you tried to charge there will be a transaction fee regardless the chargers were defective or not. Very bad customer service and terrible chargers
