- FFFPK1001Jan 28, 20265.0I was looking for a harmonic balancer holding tool. I know Autozone loans tools, and I knew they had one for sale, but I couldn't see paying $100-ish for one time use. After my friend called 5 stores and kept getting the answer that they only sell them, I called my local store in LaPuente (Valley/Collwood). I spoke to a very helpful young man named Nick. He confirmed that they do have them for sale, but offered to go check if they had one to loan. He returned a few minutes later and told me he would hold it for me if I want to pick it up for loan. Attention to customer service goes a long way. Nick just moved Autozone ahead of the "O" store, in my book. I thanked Nick in person, but he deserves to see here. It's the small things!
