  I had an amazing experience at this AutoZone today, all thanks to Marco! I came in for a battery replacement, and he was incredibly patient. Not only did he answer every single one of my questions, but he also took the extra time to teach me exactly how to do it myself and what details to watch out for. It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond like that. I highly recommend this specific location—excellent customer service!

  The man Brandon was super helpful, helped me get exactly what i needed fast no problems, brother got jokes. Not only that he helped me return an item i had problems yesterday trying to return. I asked him if he was able to help me he said “no problem” from there my brother got to work. I really appreciate it

  Horrible customer service. Not everyone needs parts. Some people just need to purchase there things and leave. Have someone for just purchase items so not everyone has to wait.
