    Had a great experience with Enterprise in La Mesa despite a hiccup last summer. My reserved SUV wasn’t available due to a recall and limited inventory, but John (the manager) really stepped up. He moved quickly to find a solid replacement that still fit my needs in terms of space and quality, and even applied a discount where it made sense. Appreciate the professionalism and effort to make things right—definitely left as a happy customer. I’ll be renting from them again.

    I made the reservation online, put all my information, got the confirmation email, Then when I Went to the place to take the car they said we have no car for you and we don’t have your information to let you know, I had to take an Uber home, the Worst.

    They take reservations online, then when you get there the car is not there. There were 3 people with reservations when I went to pick up my car and I was basically told to wait in line until 3 people returned their cars. If you want to spent hours of your vacation time sitting in a lobby waiting for a car this is the place for you. If you want good service and a company who will fulfil their obligations then this is not the place for you.
