They are close to my house. I pulled up in the rain and waited. Nothing. No acknowledgement, no wave, no "sorry we are busy but we'll be there in a minute" Nothing. Like I did not exist. I waited for ten minutes. I know I timed it. Then I left. I went to the downtown Jiffylube. And like always they were great!

This morning, one of the tires was flat. I called Jiffy Lube and Daniel the manager was at my home to removed and take the tire to their shop for repair. Turned out that my used valve stem had failed. It was replaced and Daniel re-installed the tire on my car. The whole things was performed in less than an hour, start to finish. We are very happy with the caring service provided by Jiffy Lube in La Mesa.
