The second time, her attitude was even worse. At this point, I truly believe she could benefit from customer service training. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management reviews her interactions — even checking the cameras — because the way she treats customers is unacceptable. The only saving grace is the gentle who was kind enough to help me. I also emailed the feedback department so the higher ups can have a chat with her.

I was very impressed with how, I think her name was Jodi immediately assisted me and took the fluid that was very heavy and disposed of it quickly. There was also a gentleman named Daniel that answered questions I had and was extremely professional. Thanks to Jodi and Daniel Ill be coming back for my Automotive needs!
