  First time visiting. Went on a Sunday afternoon. They had the windshield wipers that I needed in stock & they also helped me install it. It was a bit of a wait but I appreciated their help. Military discount offered

  This AutoZone has two of the best workers I've ever come in contact with. Jodie and Amber made this visit actually enjoyable. Jodie was super helpful with helping me find what I needed in the store and Amber went above and beyond to help find the problem with my son's vehicle by running diagnostics and checking everything she could. These two ladies have ensured that this will be my store for now on.

  I’ve had nothing but poor customer service from an employee named Christina. The first time, I brushed it off and figured maybe it was early in the day. The second time, her attitude was even worse. At this point, I truly believe she could benefit from customer service training. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management reviews her interactions — even checking the cameras — because the way she treats customers is unacceptable. The only saving grace is the gentle who was kind enough to help me. I also emailed the feedback department so the higher ups can have a chat with her.

  I needed a battery replacement and Tim did a great job and he's a super friendly and helpful employee. I live in another part of the county but glad that I ended up at this Auto Zone!
