- LMLetitia MasonApr 25, 20263.0The oil change was done soo quick that I was very surprised. It cost $116. The computer was down so I didn't get a receipt. I had to come back and get a receipt. This was inconvenience to me with gas being soo high right now.

I was given # of Jiffy Lube that would be able to replace a water pump & thermostat & was quoted a price of $950+, which was like high high end online of what it should cost!! Luckily as an Army Veteran I know to ck around & was able to get factory water pump & thermostat & new gaskets for $148 & then a ASE certified master mechanics at a Jesus garage on Florence replaced my water pump, thermostat & gaskets under 2hrs for $250!! Workers are nice & knowledgeable but Jiffy Lube owners need to look at how they are ripping off their customers with crazy jacked up labor costs!! $400 elsewhere compared to $950+ at Jiffy Lube!!

I wish I could remember his name. He changed my mind answered all my questions Patiently and throughly, was very understanding with my situation. I’m a jiffy lube lady !!! I give him a 10 out of 10 👍👍👍
