They left me waiting for 15 minutes until I asked what was missing, and it turned out all that was left was to print my receipt and I could leave. Nobody really paid attention to me; a supervisor was distracted with another customer, and there were about three employees who didn't know what to do and were just waiting for instructions. They left me alone for 15 minutes until I got annoyed and asked the supervisor what was missing. He was surprised, went to check the computer, and told me he just needed to print my receipt. Very bad service and, above all, a very bad attitude from the staff in general. It's obvious at all times that they don't care about or enjoy their job.

I did confirm with one of the employee named "Christian" if they can reset the maintenance light before hands, and they said they could. after 2 hours, they telling me to goto dealer to reset the light after I paid the full price which is lot higher than local repair shop. Seems like they do not know about new vehicles. I strongly do not recommend this place.

I was asked what type of oil I wanted for my car and when I asked to explain the difference I was told that it’s up to me. I said I don’t know the difference and was told “I’m not sure what to tell you.” If you are going to be out there as the representative for the company I believe the should have some knowledge of the products.
