I was in a hurry to get a rental due to a car accident and needing a car ASAP. I made the rental a few hours prior and headed over when I could. This little Enterprise was busy. It seems like they might provide a lot of the rentals for the auto body shop next door. After waiting for about 10 minutes I was called to the desk. The gentleman at the front, I didn’t get his name, apologized for the wait and got me checked in. He let me know that due to how long ago I made the reservation my choices might be limited, but they would do what they could. Xavier came in next to show me my options and get me in my rental. They had two options and he told me which one he thought I should pick. I agreed and he even helped to finish getting the car cleaned up to get me on my way sooner. He got me set up and in my way. After I returned the car, I received a call from Eric checking in to make sure everything went well and if there was anything they could have done better. From start to finish the service was great and helped keep a stressful situation more calm.

I only waited about a half hour and I was quickly on my way and back to work! Will definitely use Enterprise again!
