The first call, it seemed like someone picked up twice and placed me back on hold and then it went to a message saying I couldn’t be transferred. The second call, the same thing happened. The funny thing is the automated message when you’re on hold talks about their exceptional customer service. What a joke.

Why does Enterprise get to rename vehicle sizes! Bronco Sport not any where near a mid size SUV. Do not recommend that vehicle for long trips—Uncomfortable, cramped, and weird knob feature for driving. Had to drive grapevine in hazardous weather conditions because of return policy. Will do a better job of comparing rentals next time I need a car.
