  Worst store manager. Complained about honoring their lifetime policy when they discontinued my part. Had multiple other people in Kerman say he’s the reason they switched to oreilly and I can see why. He made it seem like I couldn’t go to any other autozone to take care of it and had the worst attitude.

  The store manager came out and helped install my new battery! He was very helpful and even used that time to assist one of his newer employees in showing her how to replace batteries. Always a great experience here!

  Carla and Alex were very professional and helped me changing headlights bulbs. They were very supportive. Alex made sure the bulb fitted right. It was great service at Kerman Autozone

  Every time I go into this location always get great customer service. Staff greets you as you walk in and never look at you any less for being a female big plus! Great job on making female customers comfortable when shopping there. Had a problem with my battery and store manager Alex took care of me and I appreciate that very much! Will continue to bring my business to this store!
