  Charged me for a wash when I had a membership. Began a whole fiasco and struggle to get a refund, and I have now canceled my membership and will never use quick quack again. They are thieves who make you go through loops just to get your money back, and in the end of the day, remain unhelpful. I'm not sure how only the manager can do refunds, and it just so happens that they get off work when I do, so how can I come in and get a refund? Calling online does nothing, they tell you they cant initiate refunds online so THE ONLY WAY to get a refund, is to call off work and talk to the manager in store. I did that one day, and the manager wasn't working lol. I am not about to take another day off just so I can come in for the manager not to be there again. Quick Quack is the worst company i have ever had the dissatisfaction of doing business with and I hope that they turn their act around and even then, I will never be involved with them further because they have fully lost my trust in them as a business. I'm spreading the word to everyone I know, never use Quick Quack. I've been reading some other reviews at this location, and Quick Quack's responses to them, and I'm not sure if it's all locations or just this one, but they really like avoiding responsibility and making excuses lol. The most stubborn company I have ever seen. Also, they only have a BetterBusinessBureau rating of A because they respond to complaints, not because they're a good company. An A rating with a 1 star average on reviews.....? Maybe instead of just empty and meaningless responses, you guys should work on bettering your service and bring up that 1 star.

  Had a great experience at this quick quack car wash is my first time in Rafael. The attendant was awesome and totally hooked it up with all the information needed to know about quick quack, and it’s a facilities!!!!! I usually am quick to leave a bad review, but nobody’s quick to leave a good one and I thought he deserved one. Highly recommend
