- AAAnaFeb 24, 20261.0Unfortunately, my experience at this AutoZone was not great. The customer service felt immature and unhelpful, and staff didn’t seem willing to go out of their way to assist customers. The attitude came across as “oh well, figure it out yourself,” which is frustrating when you come in needing help. I hope management works on improving professionalism and customer care.
- ZWZi WangFeb 22, 20265.0Was on our way from LA to AZ and had a coilpack go out. Called these guys and they set one aside for me. When I got there the lent me some tools and I was able to swap it in and be on my way within 10min. Super professional and helpful guys 🤙
- GIGreg Terry IIFeb 3, 20263.0I went in at 6:15pm one guy was counting his drawer out with three people in line and waited until he was done to mention there was a self-checkout and not really in a friendly was more with an annoyed tone like he couldn't be bothered. Once two people had used the self-checkout then magically two other employees appeared at the front and were ready to help customers. The store was neat and clean but the service part needs some work.
