I went in for a simple oil change and they ended up finding an uninvited “guest” living in my air filter box (thanks, rodents 😅). They cleaned everything out and gave me a very honest, straightforward quote for maintenance my car genuinely needs considering the mileage — and let’s be real, my lack of staying on top of things lol. What I appreciated most? No scare tactics. No pressure. Just clear explanations and very reasonable pricing for work that absolutely needs attention ASAP. On my way out, a tiny piece of acorn that all of us missed made its way into the throttle body and threw my car into limp mode. Instead of brushing it off or making excuses, they immediately took care of it. They safely removed the debris, reset the computer, and made sure everything was running properly before I left. That level of accountability and professionalism is rare. By far the best shop I’ve ever taken my car to. Honest, thorough, fair pricing, and they stand behind their work. I’ll be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. Highly recommend.
