  This place is a joke. My window is now worse than ever after they "fixed" it. The rattling is so bad it's dangerous on the freeway. And the worst part? They don't care. I've had my issue escalated by customer care twice, and they can't even bother to return my calls. I have a sick kid and need my car, and this whole situation has been a massive inconvenience. This is the fourth time I've had to schedule something with them, and they still haven't fixed it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They're incompetent and completely unprofessional.

  The day of our appointment the Safelite technician Aaron call first in the morning to confirm that he would arrive between 1:00 and 4:00 pm, but would call when was on his way, he called, arrived on time, polite, professional, explained the process, 200% Satisfied!!!

  Horrible customer service after two separate visits And two separate pieces of glass and still couldn’t get the windshield calibrated. Total waste of time still had to pay our deductible and basically were told we have to figure out how to get the car calibrated ourselves. Now we have to take it to a Nissan dealership and pay out-of-pocket horrible experience will never do business with Safelite ever again and also will let everyone I know not to Use Safelite for any repairs

  Worst experience I’ve had with any auto glass shop. I went to Safelite Irvine on 3/21/2026 for a windshield replacement. They failed to calibrate the front camera and told me to come back after they ordered OEM glass. I waited until 4/4/2026, came back, and they still could not complete the calibration. Then they told me to go to the dealer. The dealer later found damage in the front camera system and clearly said the pre-scan code Safelite keeps using is not the reason the car cannot be calibrated. But Jerry at the Irvine store was rude, dismissive, and tried to push the whole problem onto me. No real help, no accountability, just “call corporate.” And corporate is nearly impossible to reach. As of 4/21/2026, this issue is still not resolved. This has cost me a huge amount of time, stress, and money. If you care about your car and want basic respect, avoid this location.

  I had an excellent experience with Safelite AutoGlass in Irvine. Assistant Manager Tony and his team were outstanding from start to finish. The service was fast, professional, and very well organized. They clearly explained everything, handled my vehicle with care, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they take pride in their work and customer service. If you’re in the Irvine area and need windshield repair or replacement, I highly recommend this location. Top-tier service all around.
