- JPJ PageApr 5, 20265.0My mom’s car had a flashing red low oils light pop on just as we entered the shopping area. I told her there was a jiffy lube here and we rolled right in. She was freaking out a little, scared that her car would have problems and the guy offered to either top off the oil or give her an oil change. She opted for the top off an he asked her some questions about what kind of oil she may want. He helped her pop her hood, showed her the dipstick as he checked the oil level, and then showed her after each check when more oil was added. He was calm, sweet, and knowledgeable. I wish I got his name! This location is awesome. He was even interrupted by another customer while helping us and handled that well at the same time. Props to jiffy lube and their excellent staff! I will continue to be a jiffy lube patron!

I authorized a few additional services based upon his online research of my vehicle and mileage. The pricing is very fair, and best of all, all the work was completed in under half an hour. (I came early hoping there would be less customers). I already told some friends about my great experience with Mark and will definitely be back in 5000 miles. Great customer service guys!
