Doesn't greet or acknowledge customers regardless of how long they have to wait. Adjust to the times, adapt to the demands and change your ways or it's time to get off the toilet bud, you're bringing everyone else down with ya.

They have one person only working on actual sells and paperwork. Incredible how a company this huge can’t figure out a better solution for those who have already paid or just here to pick up. Also need to hire more people behind the counter. No one should have to wait 4 hours to simply pay and do paperwork. No other gun store does this and they operate with more traffic.
