  UPDATE, 5/18/21: TO BE CONTINUED... UPDATE, 6/15/21: Went back on 6/12/21 and complained about their diagnosis and prognosis. It went somewhat cordial. The matter was resolved. I may not know much about cars, but there are options. END OF UPDATE. The service was poor. Arrived at 9 am Saturday and waited an hour for a diagnostic on the leakage of coolant. The diagnosis took almost an hour. At the end I was told I needed a thermostat housing, possibly a hose and something else. Then they charged $69 for the diagnosis. There was no written estimate for the repairs. Just a receipt for the $69. I had to write down everything that was wrong, including their quote of $595 for the estimate. The second shop I went to said the coolant was leaking because of the timing belt, which was worn out, and the water pump attached to it (or something like that). If the first shop had replaced the thermostat housing, the leak would not have been fixed. I was out $69, but in the end I made the right decision. Do any of these photos look like a thermostat housing?
