You have get in the busses to take you to a big lot of cars next to the airport, so you can choose any kind of car.. thank you again and God bless you guys for the excellent job...👏👏👏👌👌

Unfortunately the executive aisle at LAX was very limited in number of vehicles to choose from and variety which was disappointing - few sedans and numerous rubicons - no other pickup truck or suv options.

I accidentally left my headphones in the passenger seat (extremely expensive headphones). I have called, emailed, and filed a lost and found report and they told me they did not find my headphones. That only means someone stole them, because I am certain I left them there since they show they were last there on my IPhone.

But, of course, since this LAX we were in the bus for far too long. Not Nationals fault though. Found a brand new car in the Emerald Aisle and was out of there in minutes. I love that part of National equally with the newer cars they put into the Emerald Aisle. Check in was easy and the guy who checked me in was friendly and fast. All in all very happy with the service received

First, I had reserved an extended cab SUV (the largest SUV available) for my family of 7. I got a smaller size car. I looked at my reservation and the car selection had changed to the smaller size. What's the point of reserving a specific car when I can't get it. I was charged the price of the larger SUV. In addition, the SUV I got was a bit run down and not fully cleaned. I was disappointed in National.
