  The experience was 4 out of 5 stars. The prepaid pick up was flawless and we even got an upgrade. The vehicle was 5 out of 5 stars, really nice, absolutely no complaints. The only reason for the 4 star rating was because of the return. To be fair, we returned the vehicle to a different facility than where we picked it up and they were clearly busy but still, it took them almost 20 minutes to get to me. Once they got to me, the process was quick and easy but again, the lot seemed a bit chaotic with customers standing around waiting for someone to help them. This is just my opinion but it seemed to me that they need to either work on stream lining their process or hire more employees, or both. All in all, I would recommend Enterprise if you are in the market to rent a vehicle. I should add that they did not pressure me with purchasing their insurance like so many others do, cudos.

  Pickup was easy and the Enterprise employee who helped us was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was trying to figure out where at LAX to wait for the Enterprise Shuttle. There wasn't really a place to line up like there was for one of the other rental car companies next to the Enerprise Shuttle pick up. There was a lady that was as confused as we were who arrived right after us. She was relieved to learn my husband and I were also waiting for the Enterprise Shuttle. The 3 of us were first. When the Shuttle pulled up all these folks who just exited the airport jumped in from the left of us and boarded first. It wasn't a big deal in the end. We all got a seat.

  Renting a car from this location was incredibly easy and stress-free. I made my reservation before flying out, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. A shuttle picked us up directly from the airport and took us to the location — no waiting in line at all. Grant provided truly excellent service and made everything simple and efficient. Within about 30 minutes of landing, I had my car and was on the road. Drop-off was just as smooth — quick, easy, and again no waiting. Highly recommend renting from this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Grant!

  I previously shared this via text, but since you’ve asked again, I’ll respond again. I have always used Enterprise and, until now, have consistently experienced excellent customer service and strong vehicle performance. Unfortunately, this most recent rental did not meet that standard. I upgraded to a Deluxe SUV, only to spend the trip driving a vehicle that sounded as though the muffler was about to fall off. Under normal circumstances, I would have returned it immediately. However, doing so would have cost me an entire day of my family vacation, so I chose to tolerate the issue. When returning the vehicle, as I pulled into the drop-off area, two employees were playing around in the drive-through lane, temporarily blocking access. While this may seem minor, it added to the overall frustration after dealing with the vehicle noise all week. We then boarded the Enterprise shuttle to the terminal. At the first stop, there was no announcement indicating which terminal we were at. I attempted to look out the window, but the perforated window graphic was so dirty that visibility was extremely limited. The driver did not stop at the next terminal, and when we arrived at the third stop, I went forward to ask where Southwest was located. I was informed that Southwest was at the first stop. As a result, we had to exit the shuttle, locate a wheelchair, and make our way back to the first terminal. Overall, this experience fell well below what I’ve come to expect from Enterprise.   I have been a enterprise customer for a few years now. Enterprise has always delivered on every rental. We arrived at LAX and were greeted by friendly shuttle staff and were assisted with luggage. Once arriving to the enterprise location we had no wait and we were able to get to a vehicle quickly. The wonderful part of the experience was that as a large family of 7 we were given the opportunity to choose a vehicle on the lot in a specific roll, non the less the opportunity to choose a vehicle paid off. We had chosen the Kia Carnival EV, which had amazing gas mileage. For the seven day we were at our vacation spot it really paid off. I can not wait to rent from enterprise on our next vacation this summer.
