The lady was unapologetic and cold. Gave us a car that was too small for us and barely fit our luggage. Also it smells like someone was smoking week or cigarettes and my kids can smell it. Called another Enterprise to try to exchange it for something else and they said that the location I originally rented from would reach out to me to make it happen. Of course they didn’t. Haven’t heard from them. Been a loyal customer here for all my personal and work travel, but now I have no reason to continue and not tell everyone about my experience.
