I had an ongoing issue with a check engine light, and I randomly pulled into this autozone in Inglewood, off a hunter, first in Hawthorne, boulevard, the man behind the desk, his name was Julio, was super knowledgeable and very helpful. In helping me understand the code and what was wrong with my vehicle went down the aisle found the product.That was the solution to my issue. Outstanding service 👏

Crystal a MANAGER provider HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called earlier today to see if my brake pads were available so I can go in and pick up. About an hour later, I walked into the store to pick up the brakes. It just so happen. She was the one that ended up helping me. I let her know I still needed a few more items and with an attitude, she called me over to the register where she was standing from the beginning when I walked in and didn’t even bother to greet me or any customer that walked in after me I let her know I need an oil change bundle she proceeded to tell me that the air filter is also included in the price she gave me. I told her yes that was fine. She left the counter to get the items she came back and let me know. They didn’t have the air filter in stock. I told her it was fine, but she still had an attitude in the way she spoke to me or asked me anything else we proceeded to check out and before check out I asked her if I could give her my VIN number just to verify that the parts that I was taking were correct she told me no it’s OK. You already gave Give me the year make and model previously, but I told her I just wanted to be sure she’s like oh it’s because I would have to save the cart and then go back to the main screen, I said that’s fine. I have time the store wasn’t busy either. It was only her myself another customer and a sales associate that was already helping him. She went back to the main screen and checked if everything was correct lucky for us it was we proceeded to check out. I gave her my phone number and everything needed. She asked me how I wanted my receipt I told her email was fine when I got home. I decided to check my receipt to which I noticed I was charged for a lubricant that wasn’t even offered to me for my brake pads. I want to check the box for both brake pads that I purchased. The lubricant wasn’t in there and as a former AutoZone employee, I know how it works and how you get extra sales and points for adding lubricants or any additional bundles to your sales! I called back and I let her know that i didn’t appreciate a lubricant be added to my total without even offering it or even mentioning it to me it’s not about the cost, which is only two dollars. It was the fact that something was added without my acknowledgment, she told me she was sorry and I could go back for a refund, which I told her I wasn’t fighting for the amount. It was the principle that something was added without me even knowing I told her I wanted to speak to the store manager she told me he wasn’t in so I told her if she could please give me the number to customer service to which she answered. I can go in and get it from the door. I told her I know that she would be able to give it to me. She said no so I went out of my way to call a different store that was able to assist me in getting the customer service number. And I did expressed to her also that her attitude from the beginning was not somebody that should be a manager or even be providing customer service She kept cutting me off the whole time we were on the phone, so I just ended the call early and went out of my way to try to get the number from somebody else at a different location.
